Adopted budget

The Board of Supervisors adopted a $2.14 billion FY2027 budget on April 28. The budget funds schools, public safety staffing, transit expansion, and the second year of the stormwater capital program, and holds the real estate tax rate flat.

Financial reports

The county publishes an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, quarterly revenue and expenditure updates, and monthly investment reports. All reports are posted within 45 days of period close.

When is the budget public hearing?

Public hearings on the advertised budget are held in late March, with adoption in late April. Dates are posted on the county calendar at least 30 days ahead.

How do I check the status of an invoice?

Registered vendors can look up payment status in the vendor portal. Invoices are paid on a net-30 schedule from the date of receipt of a valid invoice.

Where can I see how much the county pays a specific vendor?

Use the open checkbook and filter by vendor name. It covers all payments over $500 going back seven fiscal years.
